There has often been an allegation on Hindus, and not without a reason, that they lack organisational skills for altruistic motives. However in post-modern period things seem to be changing. Perhaps there might be many Indians who would like to get shanti for their planetary transits, or get a special grace from their ishta - say Panduranga of Pandharpur.
